They have very poor communication and only juniors work there that quit so there is no consistency. They also file tax returns without the client having a chance to review the file. They did this twice and filed false returns that had to be amended.
The worst company that I have ever dealt with. Don't return phone calls and emails and when you do finally talk to someone after a week of trying, they don't even know anything! Over the past year I have had nothing but issues with this company. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Way to much money for "membership" when you get absolutely nothing in return .
