This company has TERRIBLE customer service. Our contact was Mike Zarowny and his customer service was atrocious. On many occasions we reached out to them to let them know the ATM was not being filled regularly and it was out of cash an average of 5 out of 7 days a week. Almost a year into our contract we receive an email from Mike at 9:30am saying the ATM is not doing enough volume and they are removing it and had a tech on site removing the ATM by 10:30am before we could even speak on the phone. Of course we couldn't do enough volume the machine was always out of cash! Bad service ended up costing both of our companies money as no one could ever use the ATM. DO NOT RECOMMEND PLENTY OF MORE RELIABLE COMPANIES OUT THERE.
