I called to make an appointment and it went straight to voicemail, I left a voicemail and heard nothing back. I called back after a week of waiting and left another voicemail and once again heard nothing back. (I also called several times that week and it went to voicemail). Finally after two weeks of waiting I received a call back. When I told her on the phone that I made an appointment elsewhere because I was unable to reach her she didnt seem to care. Also, I had gotten my hair cut there because I was gifted a Groupon and she cut my hair angular in the back. Definitely didnt enjoy having my hair look like a fish tail and needing to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. I had also wanted to cut my hair shorter and she refused to cut it short because she liked how long my hair already was, I left feeling like I didnt get anything I wanted at all and still hated my hair. Not impressed, wont be going back.
Awful at blonde coloring. Asked for a balyage, showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. Not at all what I got. First of all the blonde was way too bright. Second of all she brought the blonde way too high up. Third of all, only colored the top half of my head when I paid for a full color. I hate it. If you can't/ don't know how to balyage, tell your clients instead of wasting our time and money.

Very disappointed. Very unprofessional! I had booked the appointment and verbally confirmed twice. When I got there, firstly there is no doorbell and then I knocked very loudly with the gold handle about 10 times to no answer. I also phoned from outside to voicemail as usual. Hence had to leave. No one called to even ask!!
I bought this as a gift for my 13 year old niece to get her hair cut and 8 foils as per the Groupon deal. I am also the primary guardian. The hairdresser ended up doing foils for half her head without consulting me, instead of the 8 as per the Groupon Deal. She also mentioned to my niece "you look much older than 13", another sell off to an adolescent, which I find quite unprofessional. I was very upset when my niece called me to tell me there was an additional $75.00 charge to what I already paid for. For one thing, to consult with a 13 year old as to what she wants when she doesn't even know herself and I believe she did say "No" to any additional costs, cause she knew she would get in trouble, but you went ahead and did it anyway. As a hairdresser, all you could have done was pick up the phone and call me for approval. Although, you did a good job on my nieces hair, it will be the last time I bring her to your salon.
