waited over 25 minutes for our drink order! The people at the table next to us arrived after us, got their food, ate it, and left before we got our drinks!! My food came cold and my husband was missing part of his meal. When we complained, 3 different staff said "ok", walked away and never came back! They finally brought the missing part of his meal after we were finished, which he declined, and we then waited another 10 minutes for the bill, which we ended up having to go ask for. They finally gave us our bill and only charged us for our 2 drinks, which was good of them. I don't recommend the garlic shrimp or the mixed plate. They were not what we expected according to the menu description, on top of being cold and incomplete
Not too many drunks in the place which is nice. Would have like China mugs for coffee because coffee gets cold too fast. Most everyone was friendly except for the day time barmaid behind the bar counter. She ran me over to see the hail outside which they was no reason for it. She was on duty and not to stand at the front doors looking at the weather.
Service in their restaurant needs serious improvement, it's hit and miss. It feels like the servers always have something else to do out of sight. Food is OK. The atmosphere is spacious with lots of games to choose from. Always seems to be under staffed - even on weekends. Their old non-smoking room is way too hot. You can't be in there for long without having to leave. They need more Game Makers than the 3 they have which happen to be all located in the "hot" room. UPDATE: The restaurant service has improved recently. Hopefully it's permanent.
We were playing the slots and the machine had issue accepting our money. After making some weird sounds the slot machine finally took our money stopped working and didn't register our credit. We then pressed the service button. We waited patiently for someone to come but after 10 minutes nobody had come so we notified a guard. They called someone on radio and told is they would be there. Another 10 or 15 minutes passed and still nobody came. We again notified staff who again called someone to come. We repeated this process and about 45 minutes later a slot attendant finally came. This is extremely poor service. Funny how they have no trouble taking your money in minutes but when they have to return that money they take their time and don't seem to care. How many other people had the same issue with less money and just walked away? Pathetic, if there is that many problems with the slot machines causing there to not be enough attendants to resolve the problems maybe hire better maintenance team or more slot attendants. Will not go again
Huge gambling hall, closed as well as open gambling..Poker specifically in the doored room. Good winning odds; definitely is a good casino for new commers! I would recommend this business to anyone who would be able to find it!Dues and on the minus side it is a little hard to find,as it is in the back industrial in marlbourough-past the cop shop and down the road at the end.
