Worst service in Calgary. Used to have the loveliest girl behind the counter who was so friendly and warm. Now its the older gentlemen who is very rude, never says hello, never smiles so im never shopping there again.
Both men working glanced up as my friend and I entered the empty store at 915 this morning. They offered no sort of greeting or acknowledgement that we were there. When I was searching for an item (and was clearly confused) they offered no sort of assistance. I found what I wanted and brought my selection to the front. One man stayed on his phone while the other appeared inconvenienced by me making a purchase. He didnt verbalize the amount owing and did not thank me for my business or offer me a receipt. What trashy customer service.
