I could not be happier with the service we received and the work we had done! When I made the first phone call to Ryan she was courteous and knowledgeable and explained exactly how things would work with my initial consultation as well as the billing. When Luke showed up at my house he was able to come up with solutions for every issue I had. From an awesome hallway closet light to a complete redo of our basements 1970s lighting, the final product exceeded our expectations. Luke took time to answer every question we had and explained how much everything would cost before starting the work. He was able to replace a doorbell the day of which hadnt been part of our original work order. He went above and beyond to complete all of the items on our wish list and the rates were very reasonable! On top of it all he was excellent with our 2 Saint Bernards :) I would highly recommend 4-Star to anyone looking for an electrician. Thank you Luke and the 4-Star team!!
I recently had service with 4Star electric. I honestly was hesitant to call because I did not know how much it was going to cost me but after reading great reviews on them I decided to try those guys. The electrician that came out was very nice and he gave me a quote that I think was fair, much less than I was expecting. I am very happy with the service I got and I can honestly say if i had gone with a bigger company I would be paying a lot more for the same service, so good job guys!
I needed to have a 240V outlet installed in my garage. It would involve pulling a line from my basement service panel.I had received 3 estimates for this job. 4-Star was not the cheapest but was also not too far off the other estimates. I chose 4-Star because they were extremely professional, and personable. All of their employees (from their office staff to their field techs) seem very well trained and easy to work with. Communications with everyone was also timely and very good.Thomas came to give me the initial estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ultimately, when I gave the OK to do the job, Trevor and Andres came to the house. They were personable, did not seemed rushed and yet were very efficient. They demonstrated superb professionalism and I got the feeling that they liked their work as well as enjoyed working for the company. They were happy to answer all of my questions. In the end, I felt like they did a high quality job and the material used was top-grade!
These guys are amazing! So professional and know their stuff! My dad's home had some electrical issues we had a journeyman electrician in to fix the problem, it took him over 10 hours (over 2 visits) and he still didn't fix the issue. So we asked 4 Star to come and they discovered the problem and had everything up and running in under 2 hours. They were so courteous and we are so grateful they were able to fix things right. They may be called 4 Star but they are more than a 5 star company on so many levels! Qualified, friendly, courteous, on time, professional! A great experience right from the office call to the finished product! Couldn't ask for more.
Excellent service, we had a couple motion switches replaced, our hot tub disconnected and turned the hot tub connection into a regular outdoor plug. Luke was right on time, after going through our request he explained the options, quoted the job and got right to work. Very professional, polite and clear about the work he was performing. When he was finished he went through what he did and explained the changes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 4- Star or use them again in the future.
