Every time I go there the owner, I think she's the owner. She is so polite and friendly and the coolest thing is she always remembers me and my son. She is awesome, I really like our small talks.
Would leave less then one star if I could. Just had one of the rudest phone calls I have ever experienced in my life. Called to ask a simple question about their slushy machine and got a very aggressive, rude, and dismissive response from the lady on the phone. Not only did she continuously interrupt and bark at me for no reason while I politely tried to ask a simple question. She also made me feel bad for calling with a question, and then proceeded to hang up on me before I could say anything or explain my question. They really need to work on their customer service and be trained on how to appropriately serve their customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
