I've placed a number of online orders on Zyn.ca. All orders have gone through well. The customer service is extremely lacking, almost cold and uninviting. Although they do have a vast selection of wine in their store, I would say most of it is overpriced and most times I have gotten little to no help. It's also quite ridiculous how often the store is closed. Unknowingly I showed up on a Monday after work to pick up my online order, I realized the store was closed once I arrived even though all of the lights were on and there were a number of staff in the store. They saw me at the door and then turned and walked away acting like I wasn't there.I don't know if they set these hours because the owners are close to retirement and don't want to work as much anymore. But if they're going to run a business they should at least be open often enough to accommodate their clientele. I.e. people stopping there on the way home from work on a weekday. Definitely going to be taking my wine purchases elsewhere.

Exceptional!!!! What a vast selection of unique and individual special edition bottles!! Love the fact they do wine tastings and you will definitely find what you are looking for. Prices are very fair and the service is always top shelf.We have used ZYN for personal events, company functions and has always been a great experience.Highly recommend checking ZYN out - you won't be disappointed!!
