Was applying for a permit, had to wait for about 40 mins but the person helping me out was knowledgable and was a major help.
Went there to buy the transit pass. I have been there a couple of times, their service is great. But today i went to the service counter before they called me( my mistake), the lady helping was rude and reminded me thrice that she didnt call me from the line. So, not so encouraged to go there again. Its nice to be polite to others.
High taxes, no existent services no method for correcting even minor issues beyond contacting my ward councillor.
