We had a bedroom and bathroom painted. The young man who did the work was courteous, respectful, pleasant and very skilled. The work was done in a timely manner and was of the highest quality. He cleaned up after himself and left nothing but a great paint job behind! I am very impressed and will have more work done by CertaPro in the future!
Supervisor seemed knowledgeable and was good on following-up on requests and concerns.Improvements1) Communication of scheduling needs work. Needed to constantly follow-up to confirm that workers were coming and when asked could never get a firm date and time.2) Did not come in the times that were scheduled and not completed on time. 3) Final results were average.
Certa Pro did an awesome job beginning with Christian who did the quote. Once we got the weather to co-operate, it was smooth sailing. The guys were thorough and very personable. They kept me well informed of the project all the way through the job. I enjoyed the finished product.
Excellent job performed professionally from start (quote) to finish. Plan to hire them again next year for a further part of the job especially if we are assigned the same efficient and friendly painter. No need to clean up after and all our flower gardens were not even slightly damaged.
