GREAT experience always. My most recent experience went above and beyond most customer service. After arriving in Calgary at almost 1am, returning from Arizona, there was a record breaking snowfall that probably left at least a foot of snow on my car. After patiently helping me find it, Sayeed helped me clean off my car and loaded my bags in for me. He was extremely helpful and went that extra mile, which was greatly appreciated considering I was not dressed for the weather. Super impressed with such kindness
Used Park and Jet many times. My drivers name on the way to the airport our last trip was Shiraz. He was a great driver! Very helpful with luggage and was great socializing along the drive. My opinion is that an employee like him makes the company look great and people want to use Park and Jet again. Great job!

I recently used the Park & Jet service and I have to say the experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived at the parking lot, I was greeted by the friendly workers. They directed me to my parking lane. The bus was ready and on time! The experience when I returned to Calgary was equally as great! I will be using Park & Jet again for sure.
We got caught in the heavy snow storm last night and after our delayed flight arrived, I took the park and jet van to my car. Sayeed was so incredibly helpful and offered to wipe the snow off of my car for me. (there was a foot of it!). He was really friendly and gave birthday wishes to my son. We were incredibly grateful.
