I used Meerkat a couple of years ago to replace my roof...so when I finally decided to do my soffits and eavestroughs, they were one of the companies I requested a quote from. Right from the initial contact, I felt at ease to use them again. Shane was so nice to deal with, very personable and was more than willing to listen to what I wanted, and then showed me what I actually needed. He made everything so simple - the workers who completed the work were diligent and even Lucy in the accounting department was a pleasure to deal with. The best part though, is the finished product - my house is almost the nicest on the block! (now if only they could do lawns...)

We had our roof replaced by Meerkat in April 2018. Their quote is the most detailed one among several quotes we received, and we received what they listed on their quote, no surprise. They came with a crane to unload materials on the scheduled day although it was snowing and completed the job for 2.5 days. The crew was friendly, and they cleaned up the front and back yards pretty good everyday after their work. Now, our roof looks beautiful, and the house looks new with the roof! I highly recommend Meerkat!!
Before hiring roofers this summer, we talked to a number of companies and Meerkat impressed us the most. Instead of just sending us a quote like the others, the guy from Meerkat sat down with us and discussed various options and what to watch for when getting roofing done. We were very impressed with the workers as well - they were very professional and did a beautiful job. They also cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. Most importantly, there were no nails lying around the yard.Thank you for a great job.
Meerkat did our roof a few years back and around the 5 year mark we found an issue with our roof and the dryer vent. We called Meerkat right away and they were quick to come to a resolution for our issue and troubles. Although having a roofing issue is never fun, Meerkat was professional, were very quick to respond and came to fix it asap. They were on top of it and we can't thank them enough for that. Fact is mistakes do happen but it's how you deal with the mistakes that is really important. In our case Meerkat handled it extremely well. That says a lot about a company! With all of that in mind I highly recommend Meerkat and will hire them again.
