Complete waste of time. All the staff were slow and not helpful. I went in to open a new account and the teller said she would be able to fit us in with an advisor (Kelly) and it'd just be a 10 minute wait. It was about 20 minutes and I checked with the teller again. She messaged Kelly and said it shouldn't be much longer. Another 15 minutes go by and I go back to the teller. Again, she messaged Kelly and she said she's ready. I'm was stuck waiting another 10 minutes until I got fed up and left. I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for nothing. If they told me it would have taken at least 45 minutes, I would have come back. Kelly should have been upfront about the wait times instead of wasting my time. Completely useless. I don't know why I do business with RBC.

I see Cong Le for all my banking needs. He is professional and reliable. I am able to get a hold of him when I need something. He returns calls and emails promptly and always over delivers on expectation. Highly recommend.
Once again, got terrible service from RBC in Evanston. My wife and I applied for a loan, and did not receive a single phone call in 4 weeks on whether we got approved or not, or what needs to happen, or any type of communication. I have never seen such poor customer service from RBC. We are still waiting to hear back from Kelsey, she has still not contacted us to let us know what the status of our application is. It has been over 5 weeks since we met her at the branch. This is the 2nd time we have been treated poorly at this branch. This makes me want to close my accounts with RBC and stick to the other banks. Very disappointed!
