Good selection of books, magazines and home decor. Starbucks and an American Girl are also located inside. Usually pretty busy but it's not so bad if you get there early.
Love the atmosphere here. It's always full but the staff are able to get through orders quickly and they seem to always get things right. It's always fun to visit after a long day at the mall.
An awesome place for a book lover. Located in the mall, very peaceful, great collection of books. Their new releases are pretty good as well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. there's a Starbucks as well located very conveniently in the store which is pretty good as well. Transit is never a problem withe well connected by bus and c train!Ample seating facility for the people who'd like to spend time here. Overall a great place if you're looking for something like this.
For a monopoly it's surprisingly good. The staff are extremely helpful. The stock is usually pretty good. Prices are good. Lines are handled well. What they don't have in house you can usually find on line. There are shipping charges unless you pick up at a store. I like to go at random to see what I can find. I don't think I've ever come out empty handed.
5 star American Girl store + staff! My daughter wanted Addy Walker to get a new do so we headed over Sunday August 12, 2018. The staff was very helpful, letting her choose an appropriate style and then remaking it after I decided it needed to be more contained. When I saw it was only another $5 for a tiara, and $5 for the spa cleanup and polish, I was very pleased! My only complaint is that it took a long time (another staff member said they were understaffed that day). But it wasn't a problem if they'd just told me up front instead of saying just 2 or 3 minutes more.... Overall, the woman and her 2 male helpers were fabulous! HIghly recommend. Thanks ever so!!
