Went to this location to buy my first iPhone since the original 3G! The first person to help me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get everything set up waited patiently through the whole process to ensure that everything was working well. A few days later I came back to buy an Apple Watch and again the 2 different people that helped were extremely helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and made sure that I was totally satisfied before I left the building. About a week later I came back and was unhappy with the silver iPhone X and instead was looking for the black instead. True to their word, I was able to exchange with no issues. The gentleman who helped me once again made sure I was fully set up before I left. I have to say that the experience was not just a one off but this store consistently provided outstanding customer experiences. Kudos to Apple and the staff of this store.
I can not believe how disorganized they are. I went in to get my phones looked at to be checked or repairs done. They tell me 50 min till my appointment time and they will text me to let me know that they are ready. I wait an hour in the mall. No text. I went back into the store to see whats going on. They say oh sorry okay we can Ill check you in but now that you are back in the store you now have to wait and there is 6 people in front of you, (people that came after me)!!! Not happy. After this experience I will be switching to another store.
Sometimes this place is helpful, sometimes it is not! Trying to call in on a Friday morning at 10am to cancel my appointment to the store directly and I am on hold for over 10 min because it is an automated answering system. A regular receptionist type position should created to be on the phone handling appointments, not just who ever is available when they are not helping in-store customers.... I have now hung up twice! I just want to rebook for a different time and the confirmation email that asks if I want to reschedule just takes me to support, nothing about rescheduling. I guess I am just going to miss this appointment and now I have to make another trip to the mall just to rebook a different time, if I don't want to wait in line. POOR Scheduling system. If someone has other ways to handle this please let me know, but if this is all they have, it is not efficient at all! And makes me as a customer feel guilty for just being a "no show" when it could benefit someone else because now that time slot is open. LOSE LOSE on both ends! DUMB
If I could give zero I would. What is going on with The Apple Store and customer support??!! I have an air which needed a new battery. My first appointment I was told to purchase the battery online as apple store doesn't carry older versions.I purchased on line and brought part and apple air in, fully prepared to pay for the work to change out the battery. I was sent packing as the technicians said that my old battery "was bulging and could create a Thermal Event"!!!!!!!!!!!! I took it elsewhere and had the work completed in front of my eyes in ten minutes.AS A LONG-TERM FAITHFUL CUSTOMER, I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN APPLE PRODUCT FROM THE APPLE STORE AGAIN. I REMAIN FAITHFUL TO THE PRODUCT ITSELF, BUT I WILL PURCHASE ELSEWHERE WHERE I CAN RELY ON SUPPORT.
I have 3 pairs of Beats. One has a defect, ear pad falling apart. I head to the store and I am told $169 to replace because that pair is out of warranty. I leave and use Google to find that I can temporarily fix them using a credit card to tuck in the leather. Then for under $20 I order a 3rd party replacement set of ear cushions. They are like brand new again. Really Apple, $169???
