As soon as I walked in I had staff ask if I needed anything and they had no problem showing me where to go and recommend the right FM transmitter. I'm happy with what I bought and the staff that helped me was very nice and easy going. I would defiantly go to this best buy again.
I had an excellent experience at this store. We dealt with Scout who did a great job at finding us a deal and worked hard to bundle a lot of items for us to ensure we would be getting the best prices. He then helped us carry our haul (three TVs, mounts, plus a bag of smaller items) across the street and down the block to our business! AND helped us get everything inside and down to the basement. Very friendly guy, will recommend him for sure!
Where to begin? Looked online to make sure an item was in-store. While on-site it took a while for an associate to come, though all the other employees kept telling me they could page someone else presumably they were sending a specialist for the department, but since no other customer was in the department where was this person? Well, after asking him some basic questions about my item causing him to leave to go speak to the manager multiple times I found out no, he is not. Around the corner where this helpful individual was answering my questions, i could here her heckling me, so that in-and-of-itself was great.After deciding to make the purchase I was assisted as they brought that item it to the register whilst I carried something else. Turns out they brought the wrong item,something I noticed loading it into the car. Going back to return the item, I was told the item I actually wanted was neither in the warehouse nor showing in the system (even though it showed in-store online). As I walked out the store, I decided to rely on myself this time and I walked right back in. Lo-and-behold, it was on a shelf.I grabbed what I needed and asked another employee to have the manager meet me up front, only to be told he was the manager instead... All-in-all, avoid this store. Though, I cannot speak highly of any other branch Ive been to. At least Im writing a review this time.

horrible experience bought and ipad for my company only for it to have arrived smashed. Ok no big deal mistakes happen, I had taken a photo of the ipad after opening as seen below. I had also called customer support to inform them of what happened and i was assured I would be able to return it, they also informed me the conversation had been recorded and i would be allowed to receive this upon request. I returned two days later with the receipt in hand only to be told that it was non returnable. They had essentially told me it was my fault and that i must of dropped it off of a skyscraper and if i wanted my money back to call my credit card company. I had explained that this was not acceptable and I would just return it at another branch only for them to have passed the blame entirely on to me and been able to have something posted on a group chat which prevented me returning the broken item anywhere. I called and asked to arrange a meeting with the manager and was told he would call me at 9am the next day only for me to have never been contacted. The issue has not been resolved and likely never will be. Take your business elsewhere.
