Awesome place, and a great location. But I had 3 appointments booked on separate occasions and I showed up but my treatment specialist never showed up to do my lazer.
After hearing and reading positive reviews about Enlighten, I took the plunge and sent through a request for more information regarding tattoo removal, I was greeted with a less than friendly e-mail reply back. I responded indicating that I had a pesky tattoo on my ankle I am looking to part ways with. To this date, I have not received a reply. I am going to be consulting another Company to help me with my tattoo removal needs. E-mail clients, are still clients.
I guess my first mistake is using "Groupon" to find a hair laser clinic that could remove some unwanted hair. Jillian was the gal who I met when I first walked in. I was convinced to spend way more so I bought different packages one that included one year of a blu light to restore collagen. After one or two treatments I began to see lesions breaking out on my face, after inquiring, Jillian began to explain that there way no possible way that these lesions were caused from the blu light. I would go once a month and everytime I went blisters and lesions would continue to appear. I was starting to realize that Jillian did not know what she was talking about. I confronted her one last time and was told that she had absolute confidence that there was no possible way that this collagen restoration light would ever cause anyone lesions. I was very upset because my face never broke out like this in one contained spot with blisters and lesions. I inquired into it with another enlighten laser salon and the gal first told me there are no side effects, then after asking for the rare side effects she finally admitted that skin lesions are in-fact a side effect. Since then I have asked for my money back for the entire treatment, my face is now scared, I have received no compensation, the email reply to my requests are delayed, I did receive a email from Tanya saying she would do everything to make sure I was happy, still no reply? I would like to get this settled, but for now one star is all I can give this clinic. I wanted to warn others about this side-effect that they won't tell you about in hopes of saving the face of yet another victim.
Enlighten Laser Calgary is absolutely fantastic! I've been getting treatments on different areas for just about a year and it's been the best experience! Jill is so knowledgeable and down to earth/friendly! She really makes the experience comfortable and the results are long lasting. They have great promotions and skin care treatments, not just laser hair removal! Everyone I've referred has told me they've had great experiences too! Everyone should do themselves a favor and go see Jill! Body and skin care is a lot of maintenance, not so much anymore! You'll love it!!!
I'm only on my 3rd session of 6 and can significantly see the results. Jill uses a very high end laser, which works wonders for blondes like myself. We have a lot of fun every time I go. Jill is professional and honest. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than her!
