If I could I would give this place 0 stars, my experience here was horrible! I asked to have my hair cut off an inch and the lady cut 6 inches off and when I asked for a specific haircut she added her two cents in and did not do as I asked. She was also ripping my hair out while combing and was not gentle at all to my curly hair. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Never go to the brown lady there she also messed up my friends eyebrows by overpluvking them.
I have a few ongoing concerns......I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I come at least 1x month as I have short hair. Initially, Lihn was my stylist. She did a great job and was friendly. Sometimes she wasn't there as sometimes I pop in on the spur of the moment to get a cut and I would see Min instead. I slowly began only seeing Min as she was always friendly and did a great job. The reason I began to change is that Lihn saw me once with Min and I believe she was angry at both me and Min as she thought I should be her customer only. Well, the aftermath of this jealousy has not only soured my relationship with her but it is beginning to sour my relationship with Ultracuts too......I have witnessed first hand accounts of not being acknowledged, not having my phone calls answered, the latest being 3 separate calls on Friday, March 23rd between 1pm and 2:30pm. Lihn acts very professional whenever Carmen is on site, but when left alone and without supervision, she is rude to the other customers who are waiting to see Min and will not answer the phone for Min's customers. Is this kindergarten or is it a place of business? If she is causing so much tension within the shop, and Ultracuts is in fact loosing customers and money because of this situation, why is she still working at this location? or why is she still working for Ultracuts????? I have discussed my concerns with several people who I felt could handle and deal with this situation appropriately but the games and stressful work environment remain......wondering what the solution is?????
This is my second review. Ultracuts deleted my first one. What a shame Ultracuts! I went there to get a haircut and a lady named Paula gave me the worst haircut of my life ever. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Don't delete this comment Ultracuts.. I have an eye

Carmen is a fantastic stylist and a very personable lady that obviously enjoys interacting with her clients. Carman always has a smile on her face and talks about anything you wish to talk about. If you want to get a great haircut I would recommend going to Ultra Cuts and asking Carmen to give you a new look. It is worth the drive
