I recently had to reach out to Calgary Lock & Safe for a service on behalf of the company that I work for. The service I received was AMAZING. I needed someone in right away and given the terrible road and weather conditions we had today, the technician Gary was prompt, very nice and informative. I came in at 4:57 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon, told the guy at the front desk I only had one question and could come back the following day since I knew they close at 5 p.m. I showed them my condo mailbox key which Home Depot, Rona, Canadian Tire, and the shop behind the food court at Marlborough Mall couldn't duplicate correctly. "Can you duplicate this?" The guy (Steve was his name) who turned out to be the manager, said "Yes." I said all of the abovementioned shops couldn't get it right. The other guy at the front desk burst into laughter saying that was exactly what the guy who came before me said. Less than 5 minutes later, Steve handed me 2 copies of my key. I brought out my credit card, ready to pay. Steve said it was ok and I didn't have to pay since he wasn't sure it would work. I insisted to pay and told them I'd just come back if the keys didn't work. Steve nicely repeated what he had said. I left the shop with the resolve to come back and pay if the keys did indeed work. And they did! I came back today to pay and found out I only owe them $8 per their system. Wow! What amazing customer service from the guys at Calgary Lock and Safe! So here I am typing away your well-deserved positive review. Keep up the good work, guys!
Service tech Ryan Ritchie is one of the best workers I have ever used! Sharpe, professional, explains all his work, makes sure you satisfied with the work and even cleans up with a vacuum when he is done.Top notch worker in my opinion!
Quick and reasonable cost. Arrived, had a look, tried to fix stuck deadbolt, determined no other way but to remove deadbolt by drilling through it. Completed the job in 30min. I installed new deadbolt myself. It was $76 for the service call and $95/hr for the work with a minimum charge of 1/2hr. The job took less than 1/2hr. So ended up paying $130 tax included.
This is the best locks and safe company I have ever dealt with. Rob was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though I was calling from out of town he solved the problem I was dealing with, and did everything he could to solve my problem. Staff is professional and polite. I will recommend this company.
