Friendly place, wonderful recliner seats for general admission, very clean. Lost my keys in the theatre at one point and the cleaning staff returned it to the front desk, very friendly staff that helped us return our keys when they noticed we were panicing over our keys. Would highly recommend this place, love the self serve drinks (though some of the selections are quite weird / gross).
It was well groomed and the movie was great. However the ushers refused to do anything about the screaming toddlers and family. It seemed to be because the family was aboriginal. So 7 ushers kept coming to check on the movie while the kiddos (at a 9pm movie ) ran around crying and unsupervised. Clearly was a date movie, not for families to come at dusk. Was really disappointed
Its super cool place to relax and enjoy your movies in recliner seat. The seats are very comfortable. Washrooms are neat.The only drawback i found is "No coffee shop" in Cineplex Odeon Sunridge. Management should consider this and bring coffee shop in near future. (It would be great for coffee lovers..)
One of the managers at Sunridge Spectrum (I think his name is Brendan) is great. He is polite, enthusiastic and passionate about his job, and very helpful! He seems like he genuinely cares about all people that enter the theatre, and does everything possible to make sure that we, as guests, have a positive experience. He is by far one of the best managers I have ever met.
This is an excellent movie theatre. Seats are clean and comfy. Screen and projector are good. My favorite thing is the room between rows and the person you're sitting next to. Secondly the sound system is better than most theatres.
