Not sure why this is considered the best Cineplex theatre when theres better options such as Crowfoot that offer VIP-type recliner seating for a cheaper price as compared to regular seating for $4 more at Scotiabank. Not a bad cinema on its own, but I just feel like theres other alternatives that are more worth it.
Packed and slow. Also staff that doesnt track times when taking tickets. We has a whole family come in during the last 10 minutes of our movie...obviously very early for the next show. How do they let that happen? Its not hard to follow show times and restrict people from getting in too early and creating a distraction for other movie goes. If any management actually reads this, it was Sept 15 at 6:30, theatre 14.
Way overpriced, lucky to get good customer service, and the theatres that are not renovated and reclining are disgusting and quite uncomfortable. Love their welcoming entrance and reclining theatres though! Just needs a good cleaning.
Took my better half out for a movie night and couldn't have been happier with the movie, the seats or the facility in general. As if things weren't already off to a great start, Scotiabank night being completely free using my scene points for the two tickets, two drinks and a large popcorn!!! Will be making this a regular outing n
It's a great place to go. You can do everything at once; eat, watch a movie, shop. It's like my second home, this coming from a shopaholic. I go there so often, I literally know where all the stores are. Also, the service for the movie is nice too. If you watch a lot of movies, you should consider getting a scene card, then you can get free food and movies from the points you get from spending money
