This place will be closed like the Edmonton location in time. The bouncers are loose canon hot heads and beat up on customers for fun, I seen it in Edmonton for years and now it's happening in Calgary. This is perfect example of poor management that only cares about pay cheques coming in, don't worry this type of business won't last for long. One day these piece of trash bouncers will get what's coming to them when their not backed up by 5 off their buddies.
Horrible time, the staff was super rude especially the manager. He was friends with my boyfriend's uncle and said to come to him if we needed anything. I asked him if he had seen my boyfriends little sister as we couldn't find her for an hour and he was introduced to her earlier. I asked him if he happened to see her to let her know to come to the DJ booth and he said "It's not my job to babysit" and proceed to put words in my mouth and dismissed me and the entire situation. His attitude was incredibly careless and clearly the safety of their guests isn't a priority. I never excepted him look for her all I asked is if he by any chance happened to see her to let her know where we were so she could get home safe. Not to mention endless amounts of fights and puke all over the place that night.
12 of us went to knoxvilles for a stagette. We did bottle service and got the whole stage to ourselves all night! The staff was friendly, accommodating and so much fun (especially the security guys Tony and Ouss). The DJ played all our requests! It was an overall awesome experience!
This venue is awful. Here to see High Valley and the whole evening was ruined by the lack of proper security and organization.Waited over 5 hours for a band to come on, no real food choices, horrible overpriced drinks. Don't plan to come back. Experience was horrible. Super pissed. The concert goers on a whole were so rude.
Terrible staff. Terrible customer service just all around liars! Too many other good bars to take your business to! Avoid this cesspool of filth.
