Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. This place has everything I need for all my animals including the more exotic ones. They have great prices on merchandise and animals and always have something new to look at. There is always adequate parking any time of day. I really liked the enclosures at the back, they have a koi pond where you can pay a quarter to feed the fish, and also some very cute exotic animals (not exactly sure the breed)
Friendly and knowledgeable staff with very competitive prices. Called for info on raw food, found the best price on the brand we've started using. Love seeing adoptable cats from ARF there as well. Will be back again.
I dropped by yesterday with my son with a heavy heart hoping that one of the staff members would be able to help me. My budgie had refused to eat any food for 3 days and I was fearing the worst. One I got inside the store I was greeted by a cheerful employee named Megan (#28) . Not only did she listen to my issue but she gave me a really clever trick to try with an egg and budgie seeds. After that I went to the fish area with my son and was greeted by a young man Austin (#5) who helped give my son some information for his fish. Thank you so much for the support, help, and information! My budgie is now eating again and gaining back his energy!!!! My son also now has some more fish information he could use to help better his experience!
I originally came in 7 months ago to find a good quality brand of pellets for my sun conure. She wouldn't eat any others I tried. Carmen has been a gem in helping me ever since with all my visits, she recommended a brand of pellets and has helped me help my little girl Mango with not only getting pellets into her diet but also vegetables as well. She is very knowledgeable on picky eater birds and an asset to the store. She has been very patient with me and is my go-to for everything bird related. It's a great store unfortunately some of the staff is very harsh and rude to people who don't know what they are looking for. Essentially they expect you to know where to go in the store (with no signage) and know exactly what you need. Definitely not a good place to go if you are getting a new pet you are not experienced with. I gave a 3 cause they have great prices and their products are great.
