Delivery driver drove away from my home as i answered the door for my parcel.I then found my delivery card on the step saying they "missed me".When I attempted to call to get them to return all i got was responses saying "how it was all my fault"worst service ever with no form of reconciliation.
Rude, unfriendly staff (with the exception of the one Asian male,he's amazing)Trust me, save yourself the headache and go down the block.Moved my PO box so I don't have to deal with them
With the exception of the only male employee on this branch (which is fantastic), the rest of the customer service in this location is mediocre at best. The staff should at least try to familiarize themselves to the online features that Canada Post offers! 'Snap Ship, Generate barcode for custom forms', etc. These tools are meant to make your responsibilities easier. Giving rude attitude and rolling your eyes to a customer is very unprofessional. If I was rude to you, then maybe. But I never was. This includes the branch manager. Shame.
Horrible service, I'm really shocked that Calgary has tolerated this horrible individual (the owner) for so long. I am constantly surprised how horrible the owner is, he insults his customers, he is so rude to them, he has so much unnecessary attitude and I'm sure the only reason why they are alive is cause they are the only post office in the middle of downtown. Go to the post office in Chinatown, service is better, people are kinder and they look out for your best interest.
Visit this place for the first time today (July 2017). It was clean and the employee who talked to me (male, around 40-50 yr old) was polite, clear, and efficient. Can't understand the bad reviews, perhaps I got lucky.
