The old lady at this place is horrible to deal with, constantly rude. It's a dread coming here but I have to use it! Please someone change something about this location
The attitude is strong with this one... Questionable customer "service". I politely asked a simple question (When would be a good time to check if my parcel has arrived?) and was given a condescending remark followed by a sarcastic approximation of time. I understand it is a stressful job during a stressful time of year, with people breathing down your neck about delivery deadlines and such... but at least try to act nice even if you hate my guts for asking a question.Possible solutions:- Train employees to be attentive to the guests they serve (act like you give a ****).- Take deep breaths before engaging with a guest (to calm down/reset).- Treat everyone as if its their first time, and they know nothing about postal services (aka. be helpful and informative).At the end of the day, each guest is coming into your store to receive their package which they are most definitely excited about... don't make them feel like garbage right at the finish line. Feed into the excitement! Be a part of it! Be the best you!
I received terrible customer service at this Royal Oak Sobey location.I was told by the service provider (supplier of return equipment) that simply bring the Post Return# to Canada Post and they can facilitate the rest.The customer service rep at the location kept saying she does not handle this and sarcastically asking me if I want to pay more for shipping or perhaps I want to ship this to nowhere.She could prepare the return label for me or at the very least point me to Canada Post Return Label generation site. (It would have taken less than 15 secs of her time) Not sure if the customer service rep was not train properly or simply think they are untouchable that it is alright to behave badly. Or perhaps the true intention is to chase customers away and eventually no one will want to visit this location again.I am very disappointed.
Staff are not friendly and helpful at all.My cellphone was lost here although I was left with a delivery notice(I was home waiting for this package all day,the delivery guy never bothered to call me on the buzzer, just returned it to the office). I really avoid using Canada Post service when I have a choice.
Ever since we moved to area we had issues with post office. Missed deliveries, no notifications, huge lineups, staff is not trained well. They tray to be polite but have no knowledge to solve the issue or advise the correct solution. In that case its useless. Wish I can choose my post office not being assigned by postal code.
