Agent, who shall remain nameless, listed my house 100K below asking. Agent then realized the mistake and corrected it. My house NEVER showed as a new listing, it showed as listing price increase.IT IS MY OPINION THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST.
This review is for Harry Tut of Century 21 Bravo Realty.My partner and I recently met Harry during a real estate purchase. He is the cooperating (listing) agent for a beautiful new property we are purchasing in Killarney. Having expert knowledge of the home, Harry was able to respond to our inquiries and alleviate any concerns which we had. Representing a builder of luxury homes, Harry is truly on a different level, when it comes to customer service. I'd be lying if I told you that we weren't discriminating buyers. Harry has not only met our expectations, but has exceeded them. We recently were engaged in a pre-possession walk through of the property. To our delight, every single item on our list of "fixes" was addressed, with a detailed explanation of the treatment plan for each. We were also made very clear that support would continue even after possession. No new build is perfect, and having sworn off new home builds due to terrible previous experiences, we never thought that we would again, purchase a new-from-builder-home. Harry has certainly changed our opinion, with his ability to coordinate and remedy any concerns in a very proficient manner. We are very confident in his abilities, so much in fact, that this review was posted prior to closing. Thank you Harry!!!Dino and Susanna
Do not approach to Jason Lu. Do not waste your time.Asked to Jason Lu about the property for my business inquiry. My first contact to him was in early June, sent text. No reply. Sent email and text Mid June, no answer, no reply. Tried a couple of times in July, of course no response. Early Aug, not even call back... the end of Aug, finally he text me back "Please call me thanks". Called him, told which location what I was interesting in, need a tour to look, blah blah. No call back for 2 weeks after that. Then, I called him again. OMG, He DID NOT remember.Tried to keep in touch Sep, but of course NO response at all...
