Kirby Cox is an absolutely terrible realtor. He lacks any integrity or honesty. He is way to focused on trying to earn as much as possible for himself, and completely disregards the experience of the house buyer or the seller. He has no moral code or integrity, he is willing to do almost everything, no matter how dishonest, in an attempt to earn himself more money. In a house sale that was previously made, he stated that everything in the home would be included, including a set of laundry and dryer machines worth several thousand dollars. When the family moved in, they noticed that the previous, high quality, thousands of dollars worth, machines were not there. Those machines, which were included in the sale, had been removed and replaced with a set of used, cheaper, low-quality, and hardly functional washing and dryer machines. The family had even paid above the asking price for those additional appliances. He had gone to extensive lengths to ensure that he would receive extra money from that sale, even though the customers had never received what was promised. It is very unfortunate that Kirby Cox's dishonesty has tarnished the image of the real estate community. It is very disappointing that this has occurred, and any trust in him will likely be taken advantage of, for his, and his benefit alone.
Kirby did an excellent job selling our Edgemont home in Calgary! The photos taken were outstanding and our house sold within the first week. We really appreciated the communication throughout the process from both Kirby and his talented admin team. Great job!
