I called Elite Roofing after we had a leak in our house caused by an ice dam. The company was recommended by a friend. Robert came and checked out the roof - he spent 30 minutes making sure everything was as it should be and wouldn't accept even a call out fee as there was no work to be done. I would definitely call them again for any roofing issues, a very friendly and honest company.
We recently replaced our 20 year old shakes with premium ashphalt shingles. After researching roofers, we selected Calgary Elite Roofing and were very happy with the result. Robert was very informative and detailed what would be done. His crew was knowledgeable and very hard working. Clean up every day was excellent as was the workmanship. Robert and his crew were happy to answer any and all questions. The job was done in a timely manner and not considered done until we were happy, including small details. All in all a great job and we would not hesitate to recommend Robert and his crew.
They completed the job in 2 days and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the site and pick up the nails with a magnetic blanket and left everything clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners.
Awesome customer service, very professional. Went above and beyond the quote, fixing other parts of my roofing system that were damaged. I had an ice dam on my sun room this past winter and the need for a new roof. Robert explained my options for a new flat roof and skylights in detail, how it would tie in to my existing roof, answered all my questions and then gave his recommendations and quote (which was very reasonable). When spring came, installers Murray and Jason came out and worked very professionally to install the flat roof and fix other parts of my main roof. Many thanks to Robert, Murray and Jason for my new roof, a job exceeding well done, I can now enjoy my sun room again with no worries!!! I highly recommend them, I know I can trust and rely on Robert and Elite for any future work I need done.
Calgary Elite Roofing replaced the shingles in June 2018. The entire process was easy from getting the quote, to paying the bill. I met with Robert who offered several options, but never pushed for any upgrades I didn't feel were necessary. The roofing crew caused some damage by mistake, and Calgary Elite stepped up and took care of it immediately, with no hassle at all. Mistakes happen....but you do not come across many companies that will take ownership when mistakes they do, the way Calgary Elite Roofing did. Thank you!
