He was outstanding; great communication about what was going on, pride in his work, respectful of our property, and excellent follow through. Project was replacing the water tight membrane on a flat roof/deckcombination.Decking and membrane were replaced with a water tight, patternedproduct called "Tuff Deck" and I was very pleased with the product and result.The instillation crews were prompt, polite and professional.Project manager Mathew McCormick personally kept me informedon the progress of the instillation, suggested improvements to the plan and answered any and all of my questions.A very trouble-free and uneventful renovation project.I can highly recommend this firm.
Impressive! Our condo board explored almost 10 vendors in Calgary, and none of them came close to the professional communication, planning, attention to detail and overall great job done by great Epic. They have talented trades and superior cooperation within the entire company. Fro the estimation stage we shared our vision with Epic and we were transparent about our budget and asked for their advice, to suggest alternatives to help us achieve our goals while remaining within a very tight budget. We had planned for a 10% overage cost as a contingency, and there were indeed cases where Epic needed to perform rot repair and additional work around windows. They provided detailed reports of the work done, time required and charged a fair labour/materials price for the additional and unexpected repairs. Throughout the entire project, Aaron, the main project manager, kept the key condo board members and management company posted with progress and did not delay in communicating situations that required quick decisions. He was exceptionally professional and a pleasure to work with. Our project included replacing old cedar board with new Hardie plank and board, but I wouldn't doubt that Epic will deliver exceptional roofing and other exterior work too. Our project was within budget, on time, and the job was done with exceptionally high quality standards. Highly recommended!
