the ladies at the desk are so helpful and friendly!!! they even remembered my name the second time i was back! the office is very clean and so is the bathroom. secure pin pad lets you through the gates. cameras keep hoodlums out. lol. there is easy access to the storage units. drive right up. i really want to emphasis how helpful the staff is and the prices were some the best in town.
Great prices and amazing customer service. I inquired about a storage unit in July and was called immediately. Jackie was super awesome to deal with-- friendly, knowledgeable, and followed through. We moved our stuff into the storage unit recently. It is really clean and secure. This is the best storage facility we've encountered.
I needed a storage unit after getting a kayak and being unable to house it in my apartment. I took a look at storage units around the city and all were ridiculously expensive except for WestKey. After reviewing their website and Google reviews I decided to pay them a visit. The amazing team provided me a few different options for my sizing needs and took me out to visit the different styles of units. After choosing one, we set it up right away and I have now been here for 2 months. Absolutely love this company, their team and would definitely recommend 100%

Best customer care service I've ever experienced. Looking for short term storage was difficult to find, and no other companies would follow up - but West Key always called to inform me if there were units available or not. And when one did become available they were calling in an instant which was so appreciated. And the site, staff, services and cost are outstanding. Keep up the fantastic work :-)
