I have been going weekly now for the last 5 weeks and I honestly don't have anything to complain about. The staff here is fantastic. Dr. Newbert is diligent about ensuring his patients have a positive experience. Anytime I have called with concerns someone has always called me back and were very accommodating to get me in on short notice. Seriously would recommend this place to anyone.
Every member of the team here is very helpful and kind. Dr. Newbert is excellent at explaining everything that he's doing and taking your concerns into consideration. He makes you feel like there is a true partnership when it comes to medical decisions rather than pushing you to make one decision over another- which I have found to be frequently the case with many dentists and doctors. Would highly recommend.
What a great team! Every single person there is so friendly and always happy to see me. I always feel so well taken care of and I feel at ease, even when deep down I am a bit scared. They make you feel comfortable. Thank you all so much for taking good care of me! If I could I would give 10 stars.
Would definitely recommend for any U of C students to come here. They have more appointments available than the U of C branch, and the team here is amazing! The receptionists are always so nice, efficient, and will try their best to accommodate and work around your schedule. Dr. Newbert is very knowledgeable, and addressed any and all of my concerns. I had a filling that I had re- done here on a tooth that has been giving me trouble since I was young. He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. Him and his team did an awesome job with the filling, my sensitivity has gone down and my tooth looks much better! The hygienists here do a great job of keeping my teeth clean with every cleaning appointment I have.
I chipped a tooth on a Friday at lunch and gave the Macleod Dental Choice team a call. The dentist and their team offered to see me at the end of the day and all of them stayed late on a Friday to do so. They repaired and filled my chip and got it right the first time so i wouldn't have to go back again. They also explained everything they were doing so that i understood the procedures and what results i could expect. Great service from the group i would recommend them.
