I am from Holland in Europe and was on a tour visiting Canada when a back tooth broke. I was lucky to be near Nosehill Dental Centre and so gratefull they would help me right away and fixed the problem so I could move on. The team is so welcoming and professional. Highly recommended!

I had a lot of dental work I had been putting off and I had an emergency situation and Dr Soor's team got me in right away. Since then I have been back several times and will continue give Dr soor and her team my business thanks to their excellent service, friendliness just a great experience in general. Thanks!

I have been experiencing pain in my left eye tooth for about a day and a half so I wanted to try and get in before the weekend. I called your office to book an appointment and the receptionist was super lovely (I think her name was April) and booked it for shortly after lunch. I came early as requested to fill out paper work (as I was a new client) and everything was fine up until Dr. Piercy began to berate me in the chair. He said that there was nothing wrong with my tooth and that it was just chipped. I was confused because my tooth pain is what brought me to the dentist in the first place. He said that nothing was wrong with it but if I insisted, he would fill it. So they put some anesthetic in and he told me that I was being ridiculous and that I couldnt feel the needle and the poking of the tooth when I very much could. Then even after all the anaesthetics had time to take affect, I could still feel a little poke in the center of my tooth when the dental assistant tried to see how the numbing was going. She acknowledged my sensitivity and when he came back she suggested that he look at the tooth further. He said there was no possible way that I could feel it and that I was imagining it. Anyways fast forward, the drill hit a nerve and I jumped. Let me be perfectly clear I will be the first to admit that I have a sensitive mouth. But I wore braces for over 4 years, and have had multiple cleanings and never once did I feel that kind of pain. Anyways, he stops and says thats it youre done get out and dont come back. I have never been so embarrassed and ashamed in public as when that man yelled at me. He continued to tell me that I couldnt have felt it. I told him that I live in this body, and I felt what I felt it was a reaction. He told me to well stop it! You need to grow up. He then conintued to criticize me and my character for being weak enough and childish enough to react to pain in such a way. I am thoroughly shocked. My concerns were not taken seriously, my tooth still hurts and now I am extremely terrified of the dentist. I cant be the only over sensitive mouth out there, and he if was concerned my reaction was going to impede his ability to work than he should have told me he couldnt work on my mouth, or suggested I go under (full anaethetics) in order to complete the work. Being told that he couldnt work on me would be better than being demeaned for my sensitivity.

I did not tell the dentist that I am a dental hygienist. Got two fillings done and the teeth are now collecting tons of food, so much they are giving me gum problems. After I got the fillings done, I went back and told the dentist that there were gaps where their werent before and he disagreed. DONT GO HERE!! I have to get them redone and pay out of my own pocket.

Was up all night with a toothache, no pain killers in the house!OMG was going to drive to the South of Calgary at 02:30 AM to drug store.07:30 was at Nosehill Dental Centre, Julie got me in to Dr Piercy.and he had to grind down one tooth.Well now 11:00 AM, just had a cup of tea, and some cold stuff straight out of the fridge, both extremes, and no pain.No wonder I tried to give him a hug, of gratitude on a previous visit.Nosehill Dental Centre cares for thier clients .Another BIG thank you.Walter
