Terrible service and product. I emailed in before I even placed an order to see if what I wanted was possible and was told it was. I placed the order and received something entirely different. It took two emails and 5 days later before anyone bothered to contact me about my order. The lady told me what I ordered was wrong. I was at no time contacted to say the first individual that told me what I wanted could be done was wrong and that they lied when they said they had all the supplies needed to make my order. I was also told that the glass containers they came in were expensive at $35 each.. yes from walmart you can buy them from walmart for that for from their direct website where they are $12 each. I ended up getting my money back, however my guest left without their birthday present and I received no apology for any of this.
The new management has really made this place pop. The store looks so bright and much more welcoming, and the flowers were amazing. Angelina helped me to pick the perfect arrangement for my Mom. They had such a great selection to choose from - I wanted them all. There were great contemporary and traditional arrangements already made in the cooler for me to look at, but when I wanted something a little different they helped direct me towards the perfect flowers for her. I'll be going back for sure.

Carissa and her team were able to provide exactly what I wanted for my wedding flowers. Apart from small arrangements and bouquets which I wanted to keep very simple, Carissa designed one large floral arrangement for me and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. A week and a half later, many of the flowers are still beautiful and vibrant. I'm very impressed, and would recommend Kensington Florist for any event; Carissa can create a flower arrangement for you that you could not have thought of yourself.
Placed order Aug 1 for pickup Aug 7 so thered be plenty of time to fill it. Ordered and paid $105 for a nice pink vase with a white bow and and a beautiful pink and white carnation arrangement for my wifes birthday. Came in on the 7th and Dana took the order but neglected to fill it. Now the scramble was on. What I got was no pink vase with a white bow and a lovely arrangement. Instead I got some ugly clear glass vase with some weeds and some dried up flowers. Embarrassed as I gave it to my wife. Horrible service. Very disappointed. Avoid this place. Its a gamble if youll end up happy or not.
