I have been buying their flowers since they were under a different name, so for years! Their selection is always premium and you get very high quality blooms. But what I have to mention is their ROSES!! While I am all about lilies this florist is the only one that has roses that are beyond the wildest imagination. I imagine many people will think their roses are already fully bloomed but that is because you have been misled on what a rose can really look like. Fuller, and more fragrant roses you couldn't possible find at another florist!! Worth every penny! Also if you are at loss the ladies are always willing to put together a bouquet for you!
I recently had a wonderful experience with this florist. I popped in to the store the morning of my wedding to grab some peonies and some smaller white flowers. They generously spent time adding beautiful greens to the peonies to form a bouquet for me and wrapped them up perfectly. I naively assumed it was easy to make my own bouquet and I lucked out that they helped me so much! The end product matched my vision perfectly as far as a simple and romantic bouquet. They also helped me select some smaller flowers destined for mason jar centrepieces - they even offered to make the pieces for us if we brought in the mason jars. The flowers were beautiful and lasted almost a week, which I found impressive considering we put them in the hot sun for half a day during the event. Overall, I loved the selection and the customer service I received here. Would recommend for special events!

Had a wonderful experience using Small Flower as my florist for my wedding. My bouquet and my bridesmaids and flower girls' bouquets lasted all day, all night. I sent Small Flower some photo ideas of what I wanted and my bouquets were perfect! Small Flower made it easy for a friend to pick up the flowers on the day of the wedding and bring them to our venue, which was around the corner. It was a stress-free experience and one less thing I had to worry about!
I would give it zero if I could. Their flowers always arrive dead or die the next day, they use poor quality flowers. The delivery is always late so I called and spoke to Jules. She said that they may or may not arrive even though I've been waiting all day long and they are not going to come on time. She then hung up the phone on me. I called back numerous times until she answered and she said she is NOT sorry for rudely hanging up the phone or for the poor quality of the flowers. DO NOT PURCHASE from these people.
