We ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day online coz she's in Canada and we're here in US.. she was so happy to receive them. She sent me pics, and they were beautiful arranged in the vase. I am very much pleased with their service. Totally recommend them.
Vanda you nailed it !!!!!! Thanks for making my mom's day special on mother's day. I went to the shop, talk to the girl, was not sure what to buy for my mom, she helped me picking the flowers, she spent enough time with me during their busy day (I appreciate it). Took flowers went to mom's house, she LOVED it. I am glad to see smile on her face. Thank you Vanda, will buy flowers again and again.......... excellent customer service.
I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my wife's work as a surprise for our anniversary. Apparently there was going to be a problem delivering them on time, so instead of calling me (the person who ordered and paid for the gift, and whose number was attached to the order) they looked up my wife's work number and called her to tell her. This completely ruined the surprise. The person who answered the phone asked me if I had specifically put that it was a surprise in the notes. Is it mothers day? No? Then it's a surprise! Absolutely ridiculous. Here is a life tip Vanda, if a man is sending flowers to his wifes place of employment, THEN IT IS A SURPRISE. Never, ever call the recipient you morons.Off to find every review site I can. Thank you for ruining this for her, hope you sleep well.
I ordered flowers from out of country for my friend who works graveyard shifts. Vanda was very patient with the required back and forth as well as accommodating my friend (who may have been a bit grumpy and tired). The arrangement was very beautiful and my friend was very happy to receive it. Thanks again!
