You guys (SouthCenter location) charged us twice for a salt rock lamp last Christmas, and despite FOUR trips to your store and messages to TWO different managers, you still kept stringing us along, saying you'd "get back" to us. Shameful practices when you steal from your customers. If it was a mistake, we would totally understand, and it may well have been. However, your refusal to correct the mistake shows how much you care for your customers.
WENT TO THE SHOWCASE STORE IN SOUTH CENTRE MALL TO BUY A ELECTRIC SMOKELESS GRILL, IT WAS $129.99 SO I PURCHASED IT. ON MY WAY HOME I STOPPED AT LONDON DRUGS AND THE SAME ITEM WAS $79.99. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY TOLD ME NO RETURNS FOR A REFUND, ONLY STORE CREDIT. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE. SO IF YOU BUY SOMETHING AT SHOWCASE AND YOU AREN"T SATISFIED YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT. EVEN IF YOU BUY ONLINE YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT AND THEY CHARGE YOU USA FUNDS SO IT COST YOU EVEN MORE. YOU CAN BUY ANY OF THIER PROUDUCTS FROM MANY DIFFERENT STORES IN THE CITY AND THEY OFFER A FULL REFUND.
