The kids love it, the food is delicious, and the price is reasonable. Family of 4 paid $140 (this includes 5% tax and 20% tip). There is usually a wait before seated but you can book online before you go. Make sure you're not doing the booking while driving though. Let the passenger do the booking.
Unlimited salad and buttery breadsticks and free wine samples will fill you up before the meal if youre not careful, and you will need the room because Olive Garden portions are huge. They do offer to-go boxes if you cant finish your meal though. I have never been let down with an Olive Garden pasta before, the flavours are decadent, everything is well cooked and plated extravagantly, you will not be lacking in either flavour or quantity. Our service was excellent and our food seemed to come within seconds but was hot and fresh. The atmosphere is both family friendly and refined.
You get all you can eat breadsticks and soup or salad. I'm guessing this is why people love Olive Garden so much. It's a little tight in here for table space, and if you come anytime near a meal time you'll be in for a long wait, especially on weekends. The prices are a little high for what you get as a meal, but they might be trying to make back some money on the all you can eat part of the meal. It's not a place I would recommend, but I'll go if someone else really wants to go. I can get a much better meal for the money somewhere else.
Went here on Friday with my parents and boyfriend, I wish I could remember our servers names. But, the service here was fantastic. She was attentive and charismatic. The food was good and the atmosphere was inviting. It was our first time there and the experience was great.
I don't usually rate places on Google but I must say i was very impressed with this restaurant. I was a part of a large group that arrived an hour before their closing time. We were soon seated and the service was excellent and fast! The manager was super happy to accommodate us. The food was delicious!!! We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We hope to patronize this place on our next visit to Calgary.
