The movers were amazing. Super friendly and efficient. Tried their best to squeeze everything in. Great guys.I would give them a 5-star, but the payment situation felt a bit shady. We wanted to pay by credit card, but the guy's phone app wasn't working, so he said he'd call his boss and we could give the details. But we couldn't get hold of his boss. So we ended up having to go and get cash out of the machine. Their truck had no writing on it and we were handing over a lot of money, so it all seemed a bit shady.But, we're moved and they were good.
This company was scheduled for house moving. We asked them to not scratch our furniture and to please be careful. Called owner with concern who told me to not waste his time. In conclusion, they scratched our furniture, threatened my mother, and left all the furniture on the lawn and left. If you don't want to be yelled at then left stuck with furniture outside In your front lawn on your moving day, I would not recommend Calgary Movers Pro.Edit: At least read customer review before starting to fabricate a lie. I have mentioned that she is my mother, not my wife or girlfriend. If you cherish your client's feedback then you might want to read what they say or write.Now if she could just summon 7 guys why would she need your service? We never had a problem with your movers, It was you (the owner) who was rude and told her "I don't have time for this" and instructed your movers to just leave. Before they left we had given your movers $250 tip. Then we called professional moving service who fit the furniture into the 2 storage units, without scratches and room to spare. In the end, choosing your company resulted in costing me more money. I had to find movers on short notice, and I had to take time off work to resolve this issue. Moving is stressful enough without being yelled at by a moving company.
I had three extremely heavy pieces of equipment that I needed to move into the basement. Another moving company would not accept the job because it was too difficult for them. Calgary Movers Pro did it quickly and safely, the guys were very strong - it was very impressive what they were able to lift and manoeuvre down the tight stairway. I would definitely recommend them.

Let's start with the movers were 1/2hr late. It was a condo so an elevator was booked and there is only the one elevator for the building! It was an easy move (staging furniture, light, properly packed and separated, brought to the door for quick easy carry out) travel time included should have been 1 1/2 hrs. which it took just a little bit longer, not a biggy. I was of the impression Calgary Movers Pro didn't charge travel time...well the big surprise was on me, they charge 2hr travel time!!! so what should have been a $208 move cost $415.80. I work with moving companies all the time and I keep looking for the one that straight up with their billing and the mover's don't need to be given common sense instructions. Seems when they have one aspect they don't have the other....on goes the search. FYI: King's Transfer Van Lines are EXCELLENT movers, price is reasonable, but hard to make small short moves cost efficient.
