Danny and Mason moved my mom from a house to a seniors residence. They were awesome. Everything was wrapped up so carefully and professionally and they did a great job putting everything in just the right spot. Clean up was great. These guys are total pros. Highly recommended.

This complaint is for the Calgary division. We had issues with our move and have been unable to contact anyone with authority in the company to discuss these issues. I called every day for weeks, started a case file and have been continually told that someone would be in contact with me. I have also left multiple voicemails directly with the general manager, Adriana, yet still no one has called me back. When we initially contacted them, they sold us on a stress-free move and assured us that the extra cost of a 3rd mover would be worth it and 1 truck would definitely fit our situation. Now, before the day of the move we were able to sell most of our larger furniture (bedroom set and living room furniture) in our 1200 sq.ft. house and still a quarter of all our belongings didnt make it on the truck. A second trip was discouraged by the movers because apparently that is not common practice with this company and we were already getting charged a premium for 3 guys being there. They pushed for 3 guys at the time of booking because they said it significantly cuts down the amount of time moving- this was not our experience at all. By the time they finished unloading the boxes, we were totaling 5 hours and all they had to do was load and unload the boxes (everything at the house was packed and ready for loading and we moved 20 min away). It took 4 hours to strategically maneuver our furniture to fit into the truck, at least 2 hours longer than if they had sent the proper sized truck. In the end, we had to make several trips ourselves and rent a cargo van to move the remaining furniture. In addition, there was minor damage to some items. When I tried discussing these issues with the general manager (Adriana) at the time of the move and the fact not all of our belongings were getting moved, I never received a call back. FYI- if you call the company in Calgary they tell you the only person to talk to is Adriana. We would have been better off moving ourselves and saving the $1,200. If you decide to use this company, I hope you dont have any damages or issues because you will not be able to reach anyone for an outcome afterwards.
I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from this moving company in accommodating my last minute booking request to the prompt and courteous team of movers who transported my belongings across town to my new residence.Highly recommend these guys for their excellence, efficiency and competitive rates!!
