I have been visiting the quarry park life mark for a few months. It has been a very pleasant and friendly fun filled visit every time. I have attended both physio with Jack whiting and massage with Melanie Babineau. When I have had an appointment with Melanie she is always great to check and find out about any new pain instead of assuming its the routine when your a frequent client. She has very good pressure which for a massage is important in my mind. I enjoy the personable visit and the conversation that goes on along side the massage, it makes the visit less quietly awkward. Overall she is a very good therapist. When I have had an appointment with Jack he is very thorough to find out what movements hurt, helping to pin point the problem that needs to be addressed. He is always checking in while working on the injured area to make sure it is not too unbearable of a pain. Jack is a very kind person also engaging in good conversation making the visit not boring and only about the injury (he also wears fun coloured socks which is a good conversation starter). One thing I really find important and really enjoy about both professionals is that they are sure to explain the reasons behind the pains and do their best to answer all of the questions you may have in terminology average people understand. Not only fixing or working towards fixing the problem but ensuring you know what it is and how the problems can be avoided. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about billing benefit plans.
Don't ever go here spent 100 dollars on a session just got information i already knew , not going to mention who it was but she seriously just wanted me to get out. I am not an athlete but i dislocated my shoulder and was hoping for help but she seemed like she didn't even want to help me.
Great team and therapists at this location! Highly recommend; they are punctual, easy to book with, always friendly and very knowledgeable
The staff is so friendly and helpful! I learned a lot and never felt like I was being rushed through an appointment (like I do in other offices)! I was made to feel so comfortable and couldnt recommend this location more!
