I have been going to this location for a while now for massage therapy and it has been a great experience. My massage therapist Naomi Riehl is amazingly talented and has been great with helping with my chronic back and muscle pains. Naomi is very nice and friendly and creates a very comfortable atmosphere during her sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The location very nice and clean. The plaza has lots of parking and you get 2 free hours if you are using one of the facilities there. There are also some convenience stores and cafe's to go to either before or after your appointment. The front end staff are prompt and friendly and I do like the text appointment reminder/conformation option they have. Overall I have had a great experience at this location.
I have been to a half dozen appointments. My therapist is very on-top of my progression and monitoring for small changes so that she can keep the rehab focused and constantly challenge me so that I can minimize my recovery time and maximize the probability of a full recovery. Jenn has also done research on various treatment options and emailed me recommendations. The facilities are large and there is plenty of equipment for a very wide range of balance, cardio, or strength training, hydro treatments and more. I have discerning expectations, especially with respect to anything sports or sports injury related, and despite that am extremely pleased with this customer-centric facility so far.
I have seen PT J. Everett several times now and have seen improvements over the last several weeks. She is consistently patient with all my questions and answers them thoughtfully and with diagrams. Jen is thorough and compassionate. She continues to check to ensure that my exercise movements are being done correctly. Jen introduced me to Dry Needling and gave me more info to read about this procedure. I am, 100% confident I am in good hands.
Highly recommend!! I have been to multiple therapists before finding Lifemark in Springborough. I have been treated at this Lifemark for the last 7 months. The staff are amazing!! Every person in this office has met me with a great attitude and a smile on their face. They are personable and professional. They never hesitate to help and have made it seem easy to meet my needs. The therapists are very knowledgeable, able to answer my questions and treat me respect. The positive energy in this place is contagious.
The staff here are so kind. I had bad injuries and I had to undergo to surgery. I go to lifemark to help me for my recovery. Ive met the Physio therapist named Jennifer Everett. She is really nice to me. A very kind person, caring, professional, knowledgeable and works hard to help her patients recover. She has been so helpful in my recovery. Jennifer is AWESOME... I am confident that I am in good hands.
