I got in a car accident back in January 2016 and I went to two physiotherapy clinics I didn't get any results or improvements from either and after I saw the amazing reviews for this Clinic I had to try it and it exceeded my expectations. My physiotherapist's name is Sam and she has helped me a lot she's such an amazing physiotherapist. I wanna give her a thousand stars because of how helpful she's been and all around a wonderful person. I highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic especially Sam.
My physiotherapist Anna was excellent and my recovery back to normal was a testament to her professional and caring attitude . The staff at the clinic were also top notch, very helpful preparing medical reports and sending documents to insurance company and HRs at the companies were I work. I highly recommend them.
This review is from a different perspective; I did not receive any treatments from this clinic, but I've spent more than 30 hours there observing Sam and Adam preparing to enter a physical therapy program so that I can become a PT.Both Sam and Adam are conscientious, professional and impressively patient centered. The clinic, as a whole, has a fantastic atmosphere where each employee is excited to be there and excited about what they do. There is a willingness to think outside the box in order to find the best way to treat each patient's condition in the most effective way. There is also an intentionality with Sam and Adam in how they assess patients and with the "homework" they give to the patient; nothing is done without thoughtful consideration of the patient's unique situation. I live 30 minutes away from the clinic and if I ever need to get treatment from a PT I'll be driving to Market Mall Physio, since I know I would receive cutting edge treatment blended with tried and true methods, delivered professionalism and kindness .
I've been seeing Sam and Anna for the last 9 months following a car accident. I've never been to a health care clinic that personifies the 'work hard, play hard' mentality as well as this one does. Everyone in this clinic loves their job so much its actually fun for them which makes my sessions enjoyable. They don't make me feel like just another patient. It's such a positive atmosphere I want to do the work. The phrase 'excellence in care' is just a starting point with Sam and Anna as their standard of care is so much higher. I highly recommend to go to see Sam or Anna at Market Mall Physio if you ever need physical therapy.
I don't normally write reviews but I thought my experience with PT health warranted one. After having knee surgery, I had 5 sessions with Adam and 2 with Anna. They were fantastic! Both were extremely friendly, gentle, and interesting to talk to! I really appreciated the custom and specific exercises they gave me based on what I was going to be up to that week. I was always looking forward to every session and would highly recommend PT health to everyone!
