I came for doing pcc at saddlerige police office few days ago. Young punjabi officer was not treating good. She yelled and was being rude. No manager to talk to.
I was at the police station a few days ago when I noticed a rude police officer. She was wearing a different uniform and looked to be Indian or South Asian. Although I didn't personally deal with her, the gentleman that was being "helped" by her was not being respected. If you're going to have a bad attitude and be rude...you shouldn't be working for the Police. I noted down her badge name "Hehare". I love my city and thank all the officers for their hard work...but this is unacceptable. Thank You, Cheers
Lady who dealt with me speaking very Rude with me and I think that she needs training that how to deal with public who have not knowledge of law.poor customer service
I am writing this review for Auxiliary unit person working at district 5, Mr Singh -8437 and T. Kaur , both are an asset for the organisation and always assist with the best service they could. They both very polite and helpful. Wishing them success for the future endeavours and thanks for serving our community, in the best way possible.
I feel here cops should be trained in how to provide good customer services.They won't hear you until it's a criminal act. So all they want to hear is crime . They won't bother if you have some kind of panic attack or the reason that caused it . They would laugh at you because you are telling them something which is not criminal. Forget about any resolution,, they won't even offer u seat to calm you down.
