I love this place. I love walking around the various shops here after Dim Sum on a Sunday or when I am in the area. I get "Blade Runner" vibes.. but not in a bad way? I just really like how the new and old come together here. As a designer it would be great to take part in accentuating these qualities. I love this place as is - but also believe it has a lot of potential with a few key moves...
Not really a very bad mall but I think it needs a makeover. It's kinda old and lots of shops were closed when I visited the mall considering it was on its mall hours. If you are looking basically asian stuff you can find it there. From fresh bread, herbal suppliments, medicines, travel agency and more.
Small, with a limited selection of goods and services, mostly catering to the area's large Asian community. Nonetheless, it's clean & quiet, with excellent service. Great if you're looking for Ota merch.
It's due for an overhaul in terms of the shops in there and cleanliness... Kind of run down. Only thing that keeps it going is the Regency restaurant.
