Wow. This is my first time using a long term storage facility but the customer service I received was second to none. The units themselves are clean and seem reasonably priced. The whole process of getting the unit set-up was quick and painless even when I showed up 20 mins before closing - Stacey and the team stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and I wasn't rushed. I just started using the services of this company to storage all kind of household items during my moving process, which started around a month ago, and I am plan to use the storage provided by ACCESS for approximately 5 months. Nice (brand) new storage building with easy access, reasonable prices and good security. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful as well.
Access storage is still a fairly new business. Having used other storage places in the near vicinity, I found that access is easily the best for convenience and the prices are very competitive. The staff is extremely helpful and flexible, being able to access my locker whenever I want is extremely convenient.
