I was very happy with the service I received from the 3 ladies who run the airport location. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. When I had a question that couldn't be answered on the spot they followed up by phone and email within a day.I recommend this wonderful, new, state of the art location for its facilities as well as its staff.
This is a very well maintained facility with outstanding employees. Gee has been very helpful from day 1 ....right from choosing the right locker size and providing the best possible price. The customer service from everyone I have dealt with has been top notch. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this storage facility.
The staff at Maple Leaf Country Hills are outstanding. They understand customer service and went above and beyond to make a potentially stressful experience easy. They helped me select the right unit for my needs, took time to review the different promotional deals to ensure maximum savings, and even helped me get some flat boxes I purchased into my car when they saw me struggling. Felt comfortable using the facility because of high security - cameras, passwords, alarmed units, well lit, everything I could have hoped for. Great service, excellent security, and friendly staff who always greet you with a smile & go the extra mile. Highly recommended.
Clean and secure facility with friendly staff. My key got stuck in my lock and I couldnt get into my storage unit. Instead of charging me the $100, as per policy, to get a locksmith, one of the managers helped me out and drilled it herself. She installed a new lock for me and only charged me for the cost of the lock.
I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking/needing to rent a unit to store belongings/furniture etc! The building is very clean, well lit, reasonable hours to access the facility, with extremely friendly and helpful staff! If I am ever in a position where I need to rent a unit again, I will definitely return to this location, and entrust them with ensuring the safety of my belongings! Thank you!
