I had my cat neutered here on a weekend. There were complications and my cat begun to bleed profusely!! I could not reach anyone at the clinic. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO outside business hours. I had to take my cat to an emergency vet and they quoted me between $300 - $1200 to have the neuter procedure fixed!! In the end it cost me close to $400. The vet at this clinic did compensate me but was defensive and reluctant to do so. When I suggested there ought to be accountability after a procedure she only mentioned that she didn't want to be on call constantly. Either way - when you are dealing with living things you have an accountability to be available. Take care with your pets and know that this is a possibility even with what might be a routine procedure.
Absolutly amazing clinic. They are busy because they are good. Lowest price because all they do is spay and neuter pets. Your vet wont be upset if you take your pet their.Thanks for the care you showed my 2 babies.
