We took our newly adopted Luna to Creek Side Vet. Based on her previous vetting records, she was supposed to be shy and fearful of strangers. We gave the heads up to Creek Side Vet and the entire staff there made sure our dog felt safe and comfortable the whole time. We're happy to make them our go-to vet moving forward!
Horrible vets they know absolutely nothing about dogs. They took blood work from my dog and she ended up with a massive scab. Over the phone I was quoted $180 for X-rays and when I got there the vet decided to change the price $350 because he knew my dog was really sick. He was extremely pushy and made it seem like money grows on trees. The exam fee is $49 because they overcharge everything else and charge a ridiculous amount for medication. I ended up paying over $700 and they didnt know what was wrong with my dog. They didnt warn me the medication they prescribed my dog would cause esophagitis. Two weeks later I ended up taking my dog to another vet and paying $500. Waste of money, better off going to a more knowledgeable vet. They are only good for cheap spaying, dental work and shots. Google knows more about dogs than them!!
I went to creek side veterinary clinic and the staff there were so kind, they were very helpful and answered all our questions with patience. The staff treated my pup with respect and love. I am very grateful to have found this amazing Veterinary clinic! Best place to go!
I adopted a 4-year-old dog from the Humane Society and brought her here for her post-adoption check-up. Starting with the front desk staff, and continuing through to vet who did her physical, everybody couldn't have been nicer or more caring about Sophie's well-being and happiness. Heck, they even seemed to care about me! The Vet answered my numerous questions and then we ran out of time. Later in the week, he called me back to ask if I had further questions, which I did and he answered. In addition, I forgot to ask about one physical thing with the dog and the vet said "come in and we will look at it", which he did free of charge one day over his lunch. I couldn't be happier with the Creekside Veterinary Clinic and would highly recommend them. I have found Sophie's vet!
