My children love this place. We go during toddler Time, which is before 1pm. $10 for an hour, which is perfect. I find my toddler cannot last more than an hour and the regular rate of $20/hr isn't worth it for him because he doesn't jump the whole time. The staff is friendly and always around to help. They have changed the obstacle course to a climbing wall which was great to see that they are changing things up. Last time I went, they closed off a section and was changing out the foam squares in the foam pits (glad to know they are upkeeping the place.) It was a bit of an inconvenience, as that was my children's favourite part. They did however, give us a free hour pass to come back again, which I thought was great business practice.
I Like the changes they made from the obstacle course with the new climbing wall. Horrible idea not to make the bottom a trampoline in the foam pit. Extremely shallow and hard foundation I jumped off assuming it was a deep foam pit like every where else. Probably 4 feet deep. Probably good for kids 10 and under but you add any weight and your coming out with a broken ankle. I totally sprained my ankle lucky enough no break. Totally take responsibility for my stupidity for not checking the pit before jumping. However Flying Squirrel needs to take responsibility for signage like shallow pit no feet first I would have climbed down or fell on my back. This needs to be changed so no one breaks there ankles or spine or even better install a trampoline bottom like every other foam pit or add more foam Jay
Pretty cool place. DJ was good and facility looked clean. $25 for 3 hour deal is pretty good.
Great to go with family or friends. Be aware this is a family place, so lots of kids. But still do much fun there.
Took my girls here and they had a blast!! Comfy couches and seating for us parents who aren't in to jumping. A bit pricey, but the kids had a lot of fun and burnt off a lot of energy, will definitely return!!
