I love the decor here. The gas masks on the wall are very unique, along with the lighting. For a fun game with your party, pick the gas mask that best represents you and the one you think represent's your friends. Then compare notes. Good selection of cocktails and friendly staff.
Great cocktail bar with an amazing decor in a relaxed setting. Bartender pleasant and helpful. Nice place to have a few drinks before heading out downtown. Food a bit on the expensive side for what you get, but let's be honest, the deinks are fabulous. They can even prepare you a personnalized drink and are more than enthusiast to do so.
Amazing cocktails and knowledgeable, helpful staff and super unique decor. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a bar. Highly recommend!
After seeing a few pictures of this place online I was worried it was going to be gimmicky and overpriced, but in reality, its just a super cool small spot thats pretty quiet. Great spot to try really great cocktails and have a conversation with friends. The cocktail prices are high, but you get what you pay for. No skimping in the actual liquor and amazing tasting and inventive drinks. When we went across the street to have dinner afterwards, the cocktails were massively disappointing in comparison to the ones we had here at shelter. I hope to come back soon!
The theme is true to every detail in Shelter making it a unique atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and creativity that went behind it. The cocktails are delicious.However the food is over-priced and under delivers. While it is tasty, in my opinion you don't get enough value for the high cost. I would recommend Shelter as an interesting one-off or break from the usual, I don't see myself coming back now that I've seen it before.
